IAPS

This year Belmont Grosvenor School joined an elite group of just 600 schools across the world to be awarded a quality kitemark by the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS).

The school underwent rigorous inspections to win accreditation to the IAPS, a professional association dedicated to ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning, a high degree of specialism in many areas and generous resources, not least in the school's adult to child ratio.

The IAPS accreditation recognises the commitment of Belmont Grosvenor School - to providing all-round excellence in education.

The IAPS recognizes that although each school has its own distinctive ethos, each of its members are committed to the pursuit of an excellent, well-rounded education. Attain' is a termly magazine published in partnership with the IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools) for parents of children at prep schools. It features articles covering a range of education topics with particular relevance to independent prep schools. The autumn 2008 issue includes an interview with Hilary Moriarty, national director of the Boarding Schools’ Association, about the changing face of boarding in the 21st century.
