Supplementary charges:

Additional hours: Additional hours may be arranged subject to availability and are charged at £3 per half hour

Lunch: Children attending for a full day or school days have lunch provided within the fees quoted. Children attending mornings or afternoons only may stay late/arrive early for lunch subject to payment of the additional hours charge and subject to prior arrangement.

Other charges: Occasional charges that may accrue in respect of school trips/visiting speakers or similar will usually be added to the following term's bill.

Attendance may be booked on an annual or term time only basis.

Attendance must must be for a minimum of 2 separate sessions per week.

A full months notice of intention to withdraw a child from MTN is required. This must be in writing and addressed to the head. Failure to give notice will result in a further months fees becoming due. This applies to children accepted with the MTN as well as those attending the MTN.
