Music plays a large part in the life of Belmont Grosvenor School. All pupils have class music lessons where they are introduced to many different aspects of music including composition and music technology.
Individual tuition is available on a wide variety of musical instruments and children can be entered for ABRSM examinations at the school. 
The school has a number of Recorder Groups, a Brass Group, a Woodwind Group, and a String Group. When these groups all come together we have our Orchestra, which welcome players of all standards. There are also two very accomplished and enthusiastic Choirs.
The children are regularly given opportunities to take part in concerts in and out of school, and local music festivals where we have gained notable success.
The School also has an excellent reputation for Drama, with every child taking part in at least one production each year. Children may be entered for LAMDA Speech and Drama examinations and individual tuition is offered in preparation for this. Dance is an optional subject throughout the school.
