Visits and Trips
Trips away from school provide children with exciting adventures and new learning opportunities with their friends. All the children throughout school go on regular trips to museums, the theatre and other places of interest that are appropriate to their age. In Year 5 the children have the opportunity of a residential weekend at the outdoor education centre, Bewerly Park and in Year 6 the children are invited for a thrilling week on the slopes with our annual ski trip. They also enjoy an additional outdoor education trip to Caythorpe Court in Lincolnshire.
Throughout the year visiting speakers are invited to school to further enhance the learning experience and to support the work carried out in the classroom.
